PROJECT SUPPORT
Coordinate samples, technical submittals, release dates and closeout references without separating them from the chosen luminaire configuration.
“A product name alone is not a releasable lighting package.”
The usable record includes family, size, optic, flux package, CCT, CRI, driver, control interface, finish, emergency requirement and quantity. During selection, we compare these fields with the reflected ceiling plan and photometric intent. During sample review, the team records visible finish, aperture, installation access and control behavior. Before release, revision ownership and requested delivery sequence are confirmed.
This path does not remove design responsibility or site verification. IES/LDT calculations rely on accurate room geometry and reflectance assumptions. Samples demonstrate a physical configuration but cannot reproduce every surface, daylight condition or observer position. Warranty review depends on the supplied product reference, installation conditions and documented claim route.

Send the schedule and current decision status. We will identify which fields are ready, open or dependent on another discipline.
