Lighting project team reviewing ceiling plans

SERVICES

A controlled route from design intent to site release

Each service resolves a defined handoff: application review, submittal coordination, control compatibility, delivery staging and closeout documentation.

Service work packages

01

Application review

We read room use, mounting, target light levels and glare criteria together. Photometric files support calculation; they do not replace a project-specific model.

02

Specification alignment

Family, optic, CCT, CRI, driver and emergency requirements are checked against the luminaire schedule so alternates remain visible to the project team.

03

Controls coordination

DALI-2 and 0-10V interfaces require compatible drivers, sensors and commissioning responsibilities. We record the selected architecture and open assumptions.

Four decision gates

  1. Scope

Receive drawings, schedule, control narrative and regional compliance needs.

  2. Sample

Review finish, optical appearance and installation details against the intended ceiling.

  3. Release

Freeze quantities, configurations, documentation and delivery sequence.

  4. Handover

Provide product references, maintenance notes and warranty routing.

A sample review cannot predict every installed condition: wall reflectance, furniture, daylight and control programming can change the result. Emergency and code compliance remain subject to the authority having jurisdiction.

Documentation remains attached to the selection

Revision checkpoints reduce the risk of an approved optic, driver or finish being separated from its submittal record.

The review record distinguishes calculated results from declared product data. Room calculations depend on geometry, reflectance, maintenance factors and luminaire placement; catalogue luminous flux and efficacy describe a tested configuration, not the completed room. A mock-up can reveal shielding, brightness transitions and material response before release, while a documented basis of design keeps later decisions traceable when a mock-up is impractical.

Regional marks are handled by configuration and market. UL, CE and RoHS references are carried forward only when selected product documentation supports the requested scope. Lead times remain provisional until quantities and options are frozen, because custom finishes, emergency components and controls interfaces can alter the supply path.
